Plants For The Butterflies

Butterflies get hungry too.

Natural sources of food and nectar are becoming more rare for many species of butterfly across the United States. A well designed butterfly garden will have flowering plants to provide a good nectar source for adult butterflies as well as host plants to feed the juvenile caterpillars. Not only do these plants attract butterflies, they are also beautiful! If you see caterpillars munching a few leaves, leave them be and you can enjoy watching them turn into adult butterflies thanks to your hospitality!

Check out these plants that butterflies love.
